What craft show booths cost

Calculated from 291 upcoming listings with a posted booth fee

Booth fees vary a lot: a small church bazaar and a major juried art fair can sit two orders of magnitude apart. These figures come straight from the upcoming craft shows, art fairs, festivals and markets listed on Find A Market, so they reflect what organizers are asking for right now, not a guess.

Each number is the booth fee an organizer lists for the event. Many shows also charge a separate application or jury fee, and some price by booth size, so treat the median as a starting point and confirm the full cost on the organizer’s own application.

How to use these numbers

A fee well above the median for its type is not automatically a bad deal: a show with strong attendance, tight jurying or a prime location can justify it. A fee far below the median can mean a young show with little foot traffic. Compare the fee with what the show says about attendance, how many vendors it accepts, and what past vendors report, and work out how many sales cover the booth before you apply.

Browse shows that are still taking applications or read the vendor guides.

Keep track of the shows you want

Save listings, keep application deadlines in one place, and read what vendors who have worked a show say about it before you commit to a booth fee in your area.
